Scope of services
JQQmarketing provides educational templates and digital toolkits. AI Marketing Mastery, Local Business Websites and E-commerce Dropshipping are each a one-time $10 digital download. The All-Access Bundle is a one-time $20 digital purchase covering all three business campaign toolkits. The Discord Server membership is a separate $50 per month subscription giving access to our private Discord community with live support. Enterprise services are defined in a signed statement of work.
Fees and payment
Each business campaign toolkit is a one-time $10 fee. The All-Access Bundle is a one-time $20 fee. The Discord Server membership is $50 per month and can be cancelled at any time; access ends at the end of the paid period. Enterprise is quoted separately. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Term and cancellation
All toolkits, including the All-Access Bundle, are one-time digital purchases and are non-refundable once downloaded. Enterprise terms are defined in the signed statement of work.
Intellectual property
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates, prompts and frameworks for your own business. Reselling, redistributing or sharing login access is not allowed. Enterprise clients own any custom work produced specifically for them.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercial and technical information confidential. We anonymize results before referencing them publicly unless you approve otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Business results depend on factors outside our control. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
