Scope of services
Nexara provides educational templates and digital toolkits. AI Marketing Mastery and Local Business Websites are each a one-time $25 digital download. E-commerce Dropshipping is a one-time $10 digital download. The All-Access Bundle is a one-time $50 digital purchase covering all three scheme toolkits plus access to our private Discord community. Enterprise services are defined in a signed statement of work.
Fees and payment
AI Marketing Mastery and Local Business Websites are each a one-time $25 fee. E-commerce Dropshipping is a one-time $10 fee. The All-Access Bundle is a one-time $50 fee. Only the All-Access Bundle includes access to our private Discord server. Enterprise is quoted separately. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Term and cancellation
All toolkits, including the All-Access Bundle, are one-time digital purchases and are non-refundable once downloaded. Enterprise terms are defined in the signed statement of work.
Intellectual property
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates, prompts and frameworks for your own business. Reselling, redistributing or sharing login access is not allowed. Enterprise clients own any custom work produced specifically for them.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercial and technical information confidential. We anonymize results before referencing them publicly unless you approve otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Business results depend on factors outside our control. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
